Achieve your fitness goals by boosting your metabolism and building strength in our core-focused whole body workout. Our rhythm based Barre Class is a balanced workout that incorporates different class elements, from pilates, yoga and core strengthening to ballet.
Our Barre Classes are Open Level. Our instructor has placed different methods throughout the class to either teach you at a beginner level, intermediate level or expert level. You define your work out and how hard you push yourself. We want you to achieve balance and strength in our class in the most efficient way. In class we evenly focus on arms, back, legs, abs and your overall core strength.
If you currently have any restrictions or pain we recommend receiving our Kinesics Evaluation before taking class. This will allow us to provide you with a baseline and customized stretches that are specific to you and what your body needs.
