Our personal training is designed specifically to fit one’s body and the needs of it. We focus our personal training on hitting the goals that someone is looking to reach, whether its weight loss, corrective mobility, gaining strength, toning, increasing performance, and more. Our Human Movement Specialist and Head Trainer, Ana Banks will utilize your results from your Kinesics Evaluation to determine your base line within her training program.
We offer two types of One-on-One Training at LVWellness & Aesthetics for all ages/all goals: Personal Training and Wellness Training. To determine the right training program and style of training for you and your body, we start all clients/patients with a full postural and range of motion evaluation before designing any training programs. This allows us to make sure we are both on the same page when helping you reach your goals!
