Voluma XC
Volume loss around the cheeks is a common concern for many patients as they age. To correct this, we use Voluma XC. Once administered under your skin, Voluma XC expands and fills in the cheeks with noticeable volume, giving the entire face a little lift. Ultra XC

Juvéderm is FDA-approved to treat a range of cosmetic conditions for patients over the age of 18. This line of filler is ideal for those who want to see revitalized results without the hassle of extensive surgical procedures and downtime. It’s fast and it’s easy. Juvéderm is perfect for those with busy schedules and those who want genuine results.

At the start of your session, we will have you sit comfortably in a private treatment room. We’ll cleanse the treatment areas, and offer you a topical numbing cream if you’re sensitive. Then, we’ll inject the chosen Juvéderm product in the desired area(s), using specialized and strategic injection patterns to ensure an even amount is placed under the skin. Once the filler is in place, we’ll massage the skin to ensure a balanced and even appearance. Then, after we have treated your final area, you will be free to resume your daily activities.

If this is your first time at LVWellness & Aesthetics, we’ll begin by learning about your medical history and defining your desired results. Most patients interested in Juvéderm are interested in more than one of these fillers. We’ll learn about your ideal aesthetic appearance and discern which ones are best for you. Then, Dr. Hogan will create a personalized treatment plan. This plan will encapture the details of your care and how we plan on achieving your desired results. This plan will also dictate any necessary preparatory steps.

The treated area(s) may have lingering numbness for a couple of hours afterward. Once this subsides, you may notice the area is a little tender. This will eventually go away by the next day or two. Applying ice to the area will help and taking Tylenol for any lingering discomfort is recommended.

The Juvéderm family of fillers provides beautiful, lasting results from the moment you leave our care. You’ll notice results almost instantly that will continue to improve over the following weeks and months. These results can last up to a year or longer. Since Juvéderm is a simple injection, the preparations are simple. All we ask is that you discontinue taking any blood-thinning medications such as aspirin, Advil, ibuprofen, other NSAIDs and certain herbal supplements and fish oil. We also ask that you avoid nicotine and alcohol as these may lead to unwanted bruising.

The cost of your Juvéderm session will depend on the extent of your treatment. Multiple target areas will increase the price.
