The O-Shot™ is a simple procedure that uses the growth factors in Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) to rejuvenate vaginal and clitoral tissue. The O-Shot® procedure begins with a simple blood draw. Your blood is then spun in a centrifuge to separate the PRP from the red blood cells. The Platelet Rich Plasma containing growth factors is then injected into an area near the clitoris and into the area of the upper vagina that is most important for the sexual response (the “o-spot”). These areas are numbed with a local anesthetic cream before injection, causing you to experience little or no discomfort during the procedure.
How Does The O-Shot®Work?
The PRP is injected into an area called the “O-Spot” –a collection of structures that activate the orgasm system. The platelets then release seven different growth factors that then activate the unipotent stem cells located in the vaginal and clitoral tissues to regenerate and thus become “younger” with improved functional potential. Women often enjoy some effects of the O-Shot® almost immediately, as the growth factors begin to rejuvenate and enhance the sexual response. Women receiving the O-Shot® procedure have reported an increase in their sexual response within days and weeks of the treatment – and for many, the increase is dramatic.*

More and more women are beginning to realize how our non-invasive vaginal laser device (Femilift) can help them with underlying vaginal laxity, vaginal dryness and even urinary incontinence (i.e. involuntary leakage of urine) caused by natural childbirth delivery and menopause.
Better Sex Life!
Is Vaginal Dryness affecting your sex life? Femilift uses CO2 technology to help rebuild the internal vaginal walls and mucosa to help increase lubrication and sexual comfort.
Do you have to wear panty liners throughout the day to catch drops of urine when enjoying a good laugh with friends? Femilift helps build up the tissue surrounding the urethra, thus allowing you to hold your urine while laughing with friends or squatting down to pick up the kids.
More Confidence in the mirror!
Do you feel gravity has taken over downstairs? As women age, they tend to lose some of the collagen tissue around the external vagina, which will begin to look as though the skin is sagging. Femilift can help tighten up loose vaginal skin to give a women more confidence and tighter tissue.
WONDERING IF FEMILIFT IS FOR YOU?
How is the Femilift procedure performed?
The specialized probe is inserted into the vagina, which is then able to rotate 360 degrees. A small light beam penetrates the vaginal epithelium as the probe is rotated. The entire vagina is treated with 2 passes.
Is there any downtime?
Patients may return to normal, daily activities following their procedure. However, sexual intercourse should be avoided for 3 days following their procedure.
Does the procedure require anesthesia?
The procedure is a virtually painless requiring no anesthesia or downtime.
How do I know if I am a good candidate for Laser Vaginal Tightening?
The Femilift procedure is safe for most women, including those with concerns such a vaginal laxity, urinary incontinence, and mild uterine prolapse. We do recommend women wait at least 3-6 months after childbirth to undergo the procedure.
How many treatments are required?
The treatments are performed during 3 consecutive sessions, spread out 4 weeks apart. The effects typically last between 1-3 years and it is recommended you undergo 1 “touch up” treatment each year following.
What are the possible side effects?
Women should be prepared to experience increased vaginal sensation and pleasure following each treatment. Vaginal lubrication may improve and orgasms may become more intense. There are rare risks that may be associated with this procedure which your practitioner will discuss with you. Some women may experience a watery discharge or spotting for only a day or two.
